Previous discussion regarding the patio addition included phasing the site plan to be just around the vicinity of the proposed patio. The site plan illustrates the entire site and therefore would need to accurately depict and or provide the details for the entire site including parking, easements, utilities, fire hydrants, etc. Please add the additional details for the entire site, as per the site plan check list, or scale down to a phased site plan around the patio area. 2. The site plan application states the total building size as 68,000 square feet. Please provide the types of uses and approximate amount of square feet for each type within the building (i.e. bowling alley, bar, and other uses). Also provide the number of lanes in the bowling alley, the proposed use of the patio, and a proposed parking demand for the uses. 3. Please note that the Non - residential Architecture Standards elevations have been approved, though the building permit will not be able to be issued until the site plan is worked out. 4. Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter. Any additional changes on these plans that the City has not be made of aware of will constitute a completely new review.
