Dear Ms. Prochazka:
This letter is in regard to comments dated June 20, 2005. The following is a list of
responses to the comments pertaining to the landscape plan.
1. Landscape Plan and Site Plan do not match in site layout.
Landscape Plan has been revised to match the Site Plan.
2. Please be sure that the number of plants shown on the plan matches what is
proposed in the legends.

3. The streetscape point requirement for Wellborn Road is 9,696, and not 9,969
as indicated on the plan. (I believe that you used the correct number in your
calculations.)

minimum caliper must be met by a SINGLE cane.

6. Dwarf species may not be used for screening. 50% of all screening shrubs
must be evergreen.
The Dwarf Southern Wax Myrtle have been deleted as screening shrubs and
replaced. All of the shrubs used for screening are evergreen.
7. Please provide the actual caliper of the proposed canopy trees in the legend
for each type. (list Fl, F2, F3 trees in the legend).

1. Irrigation system must be protected by either a Pressure Vacuum Breaker, a

Callaway Villas (05 -103): Roll -off compactor enclosure on the top north east corner needs to be rotated
10 degrees clockwise in order to give us a straight access for service.

counterclockwise in order to give us a straight access for service.
Both enclosures need interior clearance dimensions of 29 ft. deep X 16 ft. wide.
