Applicant: Travis Martinek, Agent for Smiling Mallard Development Company Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval of the final plat. Item Summary: Phase 7 will be a new section of Indian Lakes, continuing the rural residential development. The plat includes the extension of the Anasazi Bluff Drive right -of -way and one cul -de -sac. The lots will vary from 1.204 to 2.641 acres each. The plat shows conservation areas to comply with the project's Corps permit. Comprehensive Plan Considerations: The property is shown as rural on the Land Use Plan. The subject area does not include any streets that are proposed on the Thoroughfare Plan. Commission Action Options: The Commission has final authority over the final plat.
