Recommendation(s): +he Planning & Zoning Commission voted 4 -0 to recommend approval of this request with a condition that all access shall be taken via Spring Loop or the public alley to the west that also has access to Spring Loop for emergency access. Staff also recommends approval. c;c Summary: This request was previously denied by City Council on March 22nd. A req r st rehear the request within 180 days was approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission on j July 21 following a Comprehensive Plan Amendment that was approved the City Council on ` 914- ' 4 July 14, 2004. This rezoning request is to allow for the development of a multi - family (� residential project. The requested R -4 zone allows a maximum of 20 dwelling units per acre.
