The Preliminary Plan for Phase 6 of the Williams Creek Subdivision along with a waiver to forgo rear ten (10) foot public utility easements was approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission in October 2012. Therefore, the Final Plat is in compliance with the Subdivision Regulations of the Unified Development Ordinance as well as the Preliminary Plan. STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat. SUPPORTING MATERIALS 1. Application 2. Greenways: No greenway dedication is required or proposed. Pedestrian Connectivity: A multi -use path is shown on the Bike, Pedestrian, and Greenways Master Plan along Carters Creek. It is anticipated this will be provided on the other side of the creek when the adjacent property develops or with a future Capital Project.
