The streets and drainage infrastructure are private. Attached is the email stating the approval and acceptatnce of the waterline by Wellborn SUD and a hydrant flow test report showing the 1,000 gpm hydrant flow requirement is met. The street and drainage facilities are also substantially complete and BTU has installed the electrical service for the Subdivision. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call.
