Any alternate design or construction methodology that was used is listed below: 1. The minimum design grade for sewer mains was reduced to meet TCEQ's minimum grades. The following is a summary of the items address: • The certification for the owner has been revised, as requested. • The existing and proposed utilities have been removed from the plat. • The stationing for the proposed manhole has been corrected. • The proposed service line has been shortened to keep the CO within the ROW. • Note #4 has been changed to show that the road crossing for the service line will be by open -cut method. • Standard City Details have been added to the plans. • Erosion control and traffic control details have been added to the plans. • NOI and Letter of Acknowledgement are attached. • Plans are signed, sealed, and issued for construction.
