Dear Molly:
This letter is in reference to the Final Plats for Indian Lakes Phases 4 and 7. These Plats were scheduled
for Planning and Zoning Commission (P &Z) review at their June 2, 2005 meeting. This meeting was
cancelled due to lack of a quorum. Smiling Mallard Development (SMD) understands that the Final Plats
for Indian Lakes Phases 4 and 7 have been rescheduled for P &Z review at their June 16, 2005 meeting.
SMD agrees to withdraw the Final Plats for Indian Lakes Phases 4 and 7 from the June 2, 2005 P &Z
agenda with the understanding that they will be placed on the June 16, 2005 P &Z agenda.
