The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. If all comments have been addressed and the following information submitted by Wednesday, June 20, 2005 , 10:00 a.m., your project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for July 7, 2005 , 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. Two (2) 24 "x36" copies of the revised final plat; Ten (10) 11"x17" copies of the revised final plat; One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat; and One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to nmanhart @cstx.gov Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have not been addressed your project will not be scheduled for a Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions have been made and the appropriate fees paid. Attachments: Staff review comments cc: College Station I.S.D, via U.S. Postal Service Case file #05- 00500099 Home of Texas A &M University STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS NO. 1 Project: WILLOW BRANCH & OAKWOOD SCHOOLS (FP) - 05- 00500099 ENGINEERING 1. This plat meets the requirements for a replat. Please pay appropriate fee. 2. Remove language for Certification of City Planner and replace with language for Approval by Planning and Zoning Commission. 3. Please provide correct year for the Notary Public signature block. Currently says 2001. 4. Please provide volume and page for all existing easements. 5. Firm 144C was updated with a LOMR as of August 30, 2002. Please reflect the updated changes to the floodway, floodplain, BFE, etc. as reflected on the Re -plat. Attached is a copy of the LOMR change. 6. Please provide 10' PUE along George Bush Dr. Reviewed by: Lindsay Boyer and Josh Norton Date: June 16, 2005 ELECTRICAL 1. Need 10 ft. PUE along Park Place. 7. To discuss any of the above electrical comments, please contact Tony Michalsky at 979.764.3438.
