SUBJECT: 306 Redmond - Staff Review Comments #1
1. A Comprehensive Plan amendment will be required for the rezoning. These
two items can go concurrently to the same meetings. (Please beware that
proceeding concurrently is at the applicant's own risk).
2. Staff will support the comprehensive plan and zone request except for the
floodway portion of the subject property. The floodway will have to remain R -1
Single Family.
3. Please show the floodway line on the proposed zone map.
4. Please provide revised metes and bounds description.
5. The zone request will be put on a scheduled meeting as soon as the
comprehensive plan amendment is submitted.
