RE: The property located on the east side of Marion Pugh Drive,
approximately 500' south of the intersection of George Bush Drive consisting of
approximately 14 acres (the "Premises ").
Dear Mr. Garcia:
On June 23, 2005, the City of College Station City Council approved an
Ordinance amending Chapter 12, "Unified Development Ordinance," Section 4.2,
"Official Zoning Map," of the Code of Ordinances of the City of College Station,
Texas, by rezoning the above referenced property from C -1 General Commercial
to R -6 High- Density Multifamily. Said Ordinance, being a penal ordinance,
becomes effective ten (10) days after its date of passage by the City Council, as
provided by Section 35 of the Charter of the City of College Station.
