(want to open to the public on Saturday, so some issues need to be addressed prior to Saturday). Issues: - Construction equipment and materials (bobcat, etc.) need to be removed from the site. -Large commercial dumpster needs to be removed from the site. - Port-o- potties on adjacent property (Blockbuster center) need to be removed. - Parking lot needs to be open and freely accessible - remove yellow 'caution' tape. - A wheelstop is needed at the end of one of the handicapped parking spaces at the front of the building that has no curbing. - The front screening shrubs are less than the required 3' in height - they have one growing season to reach this height (A berm is also in place for screening). -The disturbed earth behind the wood fence (but still within phase 1) needs to have established ground cover and temporary storage container in same area needs to be removed. -The disturbed earth (dirt piles, etc.) from this project located in phase 2 needs to be returned to its previous state. - Lacking one 3 inch caliper tree along University Drive (they have some 'extra' landscaping around the site, but the trees along University Drive were required for streetscaping). - Concrete is currently being poured along the access easement behind Blockbuster that is necessary for fire access and maneuvering.
