MEADOWCREEK PHASE 5
1. Please provide a Notice of Intent. Notice of Intent will be provided by the contractor.
J . Please provide BTU's electrical/street light layout with the next submittal. BTU layout has been
added to the plans. A copy of the design is attached.
v/ 3. On sheet 4, the ADA ramp labels do not point to the actual ramp. The callouts have been modified to
point to ramps.
V On sheet 5, please label the street slopes on Carriker Court. Street grades have been added to
Carriker Court.
/. On sheet 6, please specify that the channels are concrete in the plan view. Labels have been added to
the channels to indicate concrete.
6. On sheet 8, pipe 304, please show the sanitary sewer crossing in the profile view. Sewer Line has
been added to the profile view.
On sheet 9, the minimum slope for a concrete flume in a detention pond is 0.5%. Please revise the
design to meet these criteria. The flume slope is limited by the existing pond outfall structure &
existing storm sewer outfalls.
t✓8. Please coordinate this construction with the sanitary sewer service provider. Noted
9. Before the plat can be filed, a letter will need to be issued from Wellborn Water certifying that all
required water line and sanitary sewer infrastructure needed to serve this development has been built

V ,0. Please be aware that the BCS Design Guidelines require that fire flow tests be performed once the
infrastructure has been completed to verify that the hydrants /system meets minimum requirements.

✓11. All street and drainage infrastructure will need to be accepted by the County. All County
requirements must be met prior to the plat being filed for record with the County courthouse. Noted.
