SUBJECT: INDIAN LAKES PH 1 BL 1 LOTS 5R -A & 5R -B - Final Plat
Staff has reviewed and approved the above - mentioned final plat as requested. The following
page is a list of items that need to be provided. If all have been addressed and the following
information submitted by 10: 00 a.m. on any Monday, your project will be placed on the next
available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting held in the City Hall Council Chambers,
1101 Texas Avenue. Please be aware that because this is a Staff -level approval, the item will
be put on the agenda as a workshop item after the mylar has been filed.
The Mylar original of the revised final plat with the owner and County Judge's
signatures (will be required after the County's approval).
One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e -mail to
pdsdigitalsubmittal(acstx.gov
Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be
considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that this application will
expire in 90 days from the date of this memo, if the applicant has not provided written response
comments and revised documents to the Administrator that seek to address the staff review
comments contained herein. Once your item has been scheduled for the P &Z meeting, the
agenda can be accessed at the following web site on Monday the week of the P &Z meeting.
