SUBJECT: INDIAN LAKES PH 1 BL 1 LOTS 5R -A & 5R -B - Minor Replat
Staff reviewed the above - mentioned Minor Plat as requested. The following page is a list of
Staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Once all comments have
been addressed and the following information submitted by 10:00 a.m. on any Monday, your
project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting:
One (1) 24 "x36" copy of the revised Minor Replat;
One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to
pdsdigitalsubmittal(a)cstx.gov and
The Mylar original of the revised final plat with the owner and County Judge's
signatures (will be required after the County's approval).
Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be
considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that this application will
expire in 90 days from the date of this memo, if the applicant has not provided written response
comments and revised documents to the Administrator that seek to address the staff review
comments contained herein. If all comments have not been addressed, your project will not be
scheduled for the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. Your project may be placed on a
future agenda once all the revisions have been made and the appropriate fees p aid. Once your
item has been scheduled for the P &Z meeting, the agenda and staff report can be accessed at
the following web site on Monday the week of the P &Z meeting.

Please note that a Mylar original of the revised final plat will be required after P &Z approval and
prior to the filing of the plat. If you have any questions or need additional information, please call

PLANNING
1. Please remove the "PRELIMINARY — This document shall not be recorded for any purpose."
note from the Certificate of Surveyor and /or Engineer prior to filing the final plat.
2. The property adjacent to the subject lots owned by William W. Smith is 291.48 acres
according to Brazos County Appraisal District. Please ensure that the Volume and Page
number is correct due to the differing acreage.
3. Please note that you, the applicant, are responsible for scheduling the plat for consideration
by the County Commissioner's Court and for getting the County Judge's signature on the
Mylar after they approve the plat.
4. Please note that any changes made to the plans, which have not been requested by the
City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on
your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that the City has not been made aware of
will constitute a completely new review.

1. Because an easement is being removed, we will need verification by all utilities with
franchise rights that this is acceptable. Signatures from Atmos Energy and Suddenlink
Communications should also be provided.

service to this project location.
