Compliance with Subdivision Regulations: The Final Plat is in compliance with the
Subdivision Requirements of the Unified Development Ordinance except that according to UDO
Section 8.3.H.1.g, "a subdivision shall not cause an existing structure to encroach into the
setback of a proposed lot line "; therefore, the existing structures and future construction cannot
cross proposed lot lines.
STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS
