Feel free to submit a mylar to be filed. 01. The title report and deed do not have a legal description of 603 Highlands. Please consult the appropriate entities and provide amended documentation.- Your response was �� that the title report calls them out as "parts of lots ", but I actually need a metes and bounds description of the building plots so that it is recorded how must of each lot was contained within the individual "parts of lots ". Feel free to call me if that doesn't make sense. I will be back in the office tomorrow morning, but will be out the rest of the day today. 2. Please remove existing improvements from the original plat side. I've forwarded the request to real i n the overhead electrical line to Weldon Davis and asked him to call Trey. Please label each as PUE instead of just UE so that it is clear that they are public easements not private. Also, you responded to Staff Comments #8 as "Structures will be removed," but I assume that comment was in response to Staff Comment #2. Please confirm. Thanks. In the title block add Minor to the label so it reads: "...being a Minor Replat of parts of... ". This is necessary to distinguish that no Planning and Zoning Commission action is necessary. In the Certificate of the County Clerk change the word "Deed" to "Official' For the Notary Public portion of the Certificate of Ownership and Dedication change "people, names, are, they" to reference a singular person "person, name, is, he ".
