DOYEN 1. 109835 S• _ A U` ' i31 13 FIRM # 12327 SCHULTZ ENGINEERING, LLC General Information Location: This project is located at the end of the existing Health Science Center (HSC) Parkway, west of the intersection of HSC Parkway and South Traditions Drive. General Note: The proposed sewer line will flow into a proposed 24" City of Bryan sewer line that will outfall into a Proposed City of Bryan lift station. Land Use: BioCorridor Commercial Office & Manufacturing Design Criteria Primary Sewer Outfall: A proposed 24" sewer line that eventually discharges into a proposed City of Bryan Lift Station south of HSC Parkway. Commercial Demand: Avg. Population Density: 30 People per Acre Avg. Flow: 50 gpd per Person Peaking Factor: 4 Manufacturing Demand: Avg. Flow: 4,200 gpd per Acre Peaking Factor: 4 Pipe: PVC ASTM D 3034 SDR 26 Applicable Exhibits: Exhibit A — Sanitary Sewer System Layout Appendix A — Sanitary Sewer Analysis Spreadsheet Conclusion The proposed 8" & 12" lines flow into a proposed 24" City of Bryan sewer line. The analysis in Exhibit B checks the calculated slope required to pass the estimated flow against the design slope shown on the plans. The spreadsheet indicates the design slope is greater than the minimum computed slope, so we conclude that the system is more than capable of carrying the anticipated flows from this phase and future phases of the subdivision.
