The B /CS Sewer Details have been updated 2. Why does the sewer need to be so deep? The sewer line depth is set to allow service to a building at the far east side of Lot 1, Block 1. 3. The drop connection should be shown as an inside connection per detail S2 -02. This drop connection is included in the City of Bryan BioCorridor Sewer Plans and the elevation is confirmed to match the flowline shown on these plans of 315.73 per previous coordination. Therefore please show this manhole and drop to be existing / installed by others on this plan set. The City of Bryan contract will install the manhole and boot connection to which this contract will connect. MH No. I callouts have been revised to show "by others" and as an inside drop connection. 4. The 20 ft segment of heavy wall pipe should be specified as 2241. The 20 ft segment of pressure sewer pipe has been specified as 2241. 5. Please label the proposed 20 ft PUE on Sheet 8. A label for the 20' PUE has been added. 6. Need service connections to be shown in manholes. 8" Sewer service connections have been added to the manholes. 7. Need to discuss location of the sewer line further. If the easement will not be clear of obstacles such as the fence, then it may be better to be located under sidewalk — especially if the depth of sewer can be shallower. Noted. The depth of the sewer line is set to allow service to a building at the far east side of Lot 1, Block 1. College Station Utilities electrical conduit has been added to the plan ]'behind the back of curb. Sewer Reports 8. Please provide service area delineation for the sewer line. Exhibit A has been updated to show the sewer service area. 9. Attached are the demand estimates from the Lift Station Design Report, which match your report. Noted. 10. Why are the same generic planning numbers from the Lift Station Report being used for the sewer report? Are actual demand numbers from the proposed buildings not available to be used to verify the generic land use numbers from the Lift Station Report? Actual demand numbers are not available at this time. Cost Estimate 11. Please submit 2 copies of the cost estimate. Please let me know if you would like to meet to discuss these comments in further detail. Please submit 5 sets of plans with these revisions for approval, 4 sets will be kept by the City plus a minimum 1 set to be onsite at all times. Noted. FYI: Within 30 days of acceptance, we require as -built mylar copies or a clear digital PDF copy of the L' public infrastructure improvements prepared by the design engineer and certified by both the contractor and engineer. Noted. FYI - An inspection and review fee (0.5% of infrastructure value) will need to be paid prior to the plans being released for construction. Please verify that the cost estimate previously submitted did not change. Noted.
