I was wondering if the city has the floorplan or any drawings for a space at 3505 -D Longmire Drive College Station, TX 77845. My client is looking to lease this space and we are trying to layout the space to see if the dimensions work ... the space is only 1,250 sf and we typically take 1,400 sf so we are doing everything we can to make this space work. I don't mind paying for the scan, I just want to make sure what is scanned is what we are looking for. I'm in the DFW area and don't plan to be in College Station in the next few months. I just need a floorplan of the space. Any chance one could be scanned? I know Kinko's will scan the big MEP drawings for a few bucks. I am more than willing to pay for the right drawing and appreciate your help. My client owns other sandwich shops in College Station but he lives and offices in Kansas. We are trying to add another sandwich shop in College Station.
