The property is currently developed as Allsize Storage. This rezoning was requested to allow for accessory vehicle rental with the current storage facility. You may recall that a rezoning to PDD Planned Development District was approved earlier this year to allow for the construction of the mini-storage facility (please see the attached list of all of the permitted uses on the property). Several residents of the Mile Drive neighborhood voiced concerns at the first public hearing before the Planning & Zoning Commission on November 18, 2004. In order to respond to questions and concerns brought forward at that meeting, the Planning & Development Services Department would like to invite you to participate in a property owners meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to allow Mile Drive residents and the Developer of Allsize Mini-Storage to discuss the proposal and any concerns that either party may have. This meeting will be held on Monday, December 6, 2004 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 1101 Texas Avenue in College Station.
