It is the City of College Station's expectation that the required Phase 1 Landscape Plan be maintained. If Phase 1 plantings are in conflict with new construction, the Landscape contractor shall relocate or replace the disturbed vegetation. The existing irrigation system shall be modified to service any relocated vegetation.
