LANDSCAPE NOTES:
1. The City approved Landscape Plan for the entire Site was installed during
Phase 1 construction. It is the City of College Station's expectation
that the required Phase 1 Landscape Plan be maintained. If Phase 1 plantings
are in conflict with new construction, the Landscape contractor shall relocate
or replace the disturbed vegetation. The existing irrigation system shall be
modified to service any relocated vegetation. It is the responsibility of the
contractor to protect all existing vegetation that is intended to remain.
