Subject: Archived permit Drawings
Hello,
I am an architect that is going to be doing the interior tenant improvement (permit review) document
work for the planned Designer Shoe Warehouse (DSW) store going into the former "Gatti Town" store
at 2026 Texas Avenue South, College Station Shopping Center, College Station TX 77840, and I am
writing to you today to ask if the City of College station archives permit drawings, and if those
archived drawings are available to be copied. (the landlord has no former tenant or base building
drawings, so we're hoping to get some drawing information through an archiving system.)
We are making plans to be in College Station in the next few weeks to conduct a filed survey, and
could be available to stop by your offices to get, copy and return archived drawings.
Please respond to let us know if this is an option for us.
Thank you!

Mr. Garand
These drawings and the building are older than our system and archive files go back to. I will not have anything on the
original permit drawings. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
