Horse Haven Phase 2 Clarifications

Listed below are the comments that Alan and I mentioned earlier on the phone. Hopefully, we can clear
up these issues and get this phase going. Let me know before making any more submittal, so that we can
coordinate exactly what we need.

1. Clearly define construction items needed for Phase 2. This should be provided by notes, consistent
? with the hatching on the Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan, and consistent with the engineer's cost
estimate. The phasing is more appropria ely hatched on an overall utility plan rather than a erosion plan.

More specifically, Horse Shoe Dr and the cul-da-sac, sanitary sewer line that runs south to the existing
line, and the fire hydrant on the corner of Horse Haven and Horseback need to be obviously identified as
part of Phase 2.
