Horse Haven Phase II - Construction Document Comments
1. Shift water service connection on the main line at Sta. 14+58.30 as not to be
under pavement upon construction of Horseback Drive, possibly to Lot 3, B3, Phase 3 (Make changes consistent throughout plans).
2. (Throughout Plans) Show detail of all sanitary sewer and water line conflicts
design to TCEQ Chapter 290 and 317 standards (ex. (C6) Sta. 15+00, (C6) S
17+00.00, (C6) Sta. 20+00.00, and (C8) Sta. 3+50.00).
} 3. (Throughout Plans) Sanitary Sewer service lines are required to be 4" lines.
4. (Throughout Plans) Double Water Service Lines are required to be 1.5" and
Single Service Water Lines are required to be 1".
5. (Throughout) Label all water and sewer service lines on plan and profile vie
throughout plans.
6. (Throughout Plans) Water Service Lines are labeled as sewer in profile view
throughout plans.
