SUBJECT: AUTUMN CHASE SUBDIVISON (FP) - Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list
of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the
comments and submit the following information for the plat to be filed for record at the
Brazos County Clerk's Office:
Two (2) copies of the revised final plat;
One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat, and
One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to
nmanhart@cstx.gov

1. Lot 2 is less than the minimum allowed for duplex development. -1VG c I~

3. Do you need to show an access easement from Lot 3, through 2 to 1 C'AtAck
4. Is zero-lot-line construction still planned? If so, it needs to be shown on the plat q0
which lot line to build to. See UDO Section 8.2 for further details.
5. If you are showing setbacks on the plat, please remember that setbacks are reduced
