Morgan, P.E., Mitchell & Morgan, LLP, Via fax 260 -3564 FROM: Natalie Thomas Ruiz, Development Manager SUBJECT: KENNY COTTEN'S BBQ (FP) - Final Plat Staff reviewed the above - mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed on the final plat. Comments regarding the construction documents will be provided once the staff review is complete. Once the comments have been addressed and the following information submitted by Thursday, September 9, 2004 at 10:00 a.m., your project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for, September 16, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. Two (2) copies of the revised final plat; One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat; and One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to nmanhart @cstx.gov Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have not been addressed your project will not be scheduled for a Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. Additional comments will be forthcoming regarding construction documents. ENGINEERING 1. Please include Lot 1 and Lot 2 in title of Title Block. 2. Please continue 5 -ft PUE on Lot 2 to accommodate waterline along Dartmouth. 3. All existing easements should be shown with V &P. 4. Please label all utility easements to be dedicated with this plat as PUE. 5. Please include 10 -ft PUE along southern border of both lots. Conduit to be installed under Dartmouth Dr to provide electric service to Lot 2. 3. Please contact me concerning relocation of the street light as shown on plans. 4. To discuss any of the above electrical comments, please contact Tony Michalsky at 979.764.3438.
