ENGINEERING REVIEW
COMMENTS No. 1
1. In order to further process the abandonment request you must provide
additional information.
2. You must provide a surveyed metes and bounds description of each
easement separately.
3. You must have signatures from the utility companies listed on the form. City
staff can not sign without approved signatures from other utilities.
4. The private access easement shown on this document is not something the
City can abandon. This is a private matter. Please provide evidence that the
easement has or is being abandoned and no longer encumbers the platted
lots.
5. If conditions are needed on any easements this will be a part of the
abandonment. Please have other utilities state their condition(s) of
abandonment in writing.

completely new review.
