The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information for further staff review and to be scheduled for a future City Council meeting: Signatures from utility companies listed on application, including any conditions required as part of the abandonment; Surveyed metes and bounds description of each easement; Documents showing that the Private Access Easement has been abandoned or no longer encumbers the platted lots; and Resubmit a notarized Page 5 with the owner's signature, name, address, and phone number (the application was updated this week per our Legal Department's requirement, you can download a new application from the internet). In order to further process the abandonment request you must provide additional information. 2. You must provide a surveyed metes and bounds description of each easement separately. 3. You must have signatures from the utility companies listed on the form. City staff can not sign without approved signatures from other utilities. 4. The private access easement shown on this document is not something the City can abandon. This is a private matter. Please provide evidence that the easement has or is being abandoned and no longer encumbers the platted lots. 5. If conditions are needed on any easements this will be a part of the abandonment. Please have other utilities state their condition(s) of abandonment in writing. Reviewed by: Spencer Thompson Date: August 27, 2004 NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that have not been pointed out to the City of College Station will constitute a completely new review. Page 2 of 2
