My name is Joanna and I am hoping to get some information on the following developments:
1. 3800 State Highway 6 South: rezoning from CI Commercial Industrial, to GC General Commercial
2. HOA & Neighborhood Assoc, South Knoll Neighborhood Plan
3. Case #13- 900002, 1402 Earl Rudder Freeway South
4. Shops at Spring Creek (13- 90024)
Unfortunately, the links for the agenda and the online eTrackit site would not open for me due to an error and
this is the only information I could obtain. I am wondering the following for all of these develoopments:
1. What is being proposed? (new construction, renovation ?)
2. Contact information for the applicant
3. Contact information for the engineer or architect
4. How far along is this in the approval process?
5. What is the square footage /acreage for this new development?
