The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Also, the $200 Special District Review Fee was paid, but not the $200 application fee. The additional $200 will have to be paid before the item may be scheduled for the Design Review Board meeting. Please address the comments and submit the following information to continue processing and for further staff review: Lkk, C -) �- `6 - 04 $200 Application fee. Eight (8) landscaping plans. Please note that approval of the landscape plan by the Design Review Board is necessary prior to plans being stamped approved by staff. If there are comments that you are not addressing with the revised site plan, please attach a letter explaining the details. Provide a general note that 100% coverage of groundcover or a perennial grass is required in parking lot islands, swales and drainage areas, the parking lot setback, rights -of -way, and adjacent property disturbed during construction. Reviewed by: Molly Hitchcock Date: September 15, 2004 MISCELLANEOUS Irrigation system must be protected by either a Pressure Vacuum Breaker, a Reduced Pressure Principle Back Flow Device, or a Double -Check Back Flow Device, and installed as per City Ordinance 2394. 2. All BackFlow devices must be installed and tested upon installation as per City Ordinance 2394. NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and 'bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that have not been pointed out to the City, will constitute a completely new review. Page 2 of 2
