In response to your request for information regarding the above - referenced property, we
have researched our files and present the following:
The zoning classification for the subject property is C -2, Commercial - Industrial on a
portion of lots 2 and 17 and C -1, General Commercial on a portion of lots 3, 4, and 15
and all of lot 16. There have not been any applications for zoning or use permits related
to this project, nor are there any pending. No proceedings to challenge the zoning or
previous approvals or use of the project are underway or known to be pending. There are
no known allegations of building code, zoning, or subdivision regulation violations
regarding this project.
