SUBJECT: MURPHY SUBDIVISION (AA)
I reviewed the above-mentioned Administrative Adjustment application and determined it to be
incomplete . The following is the preliminary list of items needed to complete the submittal.
Please submit the following information so this application can be forwarded for review :
The requested adjustment just states "green space ." Update the application by
providing the specific ordinance requirement that is requested to be adjusted ;
Complete the application by responding to all four application questions on
page 2 of the application ; and
The application lists four separate addresses . If an adjustment is requested on
each of the properties, submit an Administrative Adjustment application for
each property.
Please be aware that if this application is not completed before Monday, March 16 , 2015, it will
expire and a new application and fees will be necessary to continue the administrative
adjustment request process .
