Dear Shirley,
As per Veronica's suggestion, we are sending this information to your attention regarding
future sewer needs in the University Drive Corridor. On behalf of my client, Spirit
Development, we are anticipating the construction of a small restaurant (fast food facility)
to begin construction within the next six months . This facility will be located north of the
Quality Suites Hotel .currently under construction on University Drive, on the same
property as the hOtel.
No firm numbers are available for exact fixture counts. However, based upon an
estimated fixture count, we anticipate a future sewer demand of no ~ore than 70 gpm .
We understand a full review of site plan documents and possibly platting documents will
be required, however, we are forwarding this information now so that the timing of future
demands can be known. With this letter, we are asking for assurance that adequate sewer
service will be available in the time frame of our development.
