This permit is valid for the partial re-construction of an ex:.isting parking Jot Malld to facilitate a
drop off zone while keeping clear turning radius for fire lanes.
The Contractor shall take ail necessary precautions to prevent slit and debris from leaving the immediate
construction site in accordance ""'.ith the approved erosion control plan as well as the City of College
Station Drainage Policy and Design Criteria. The Owner and/or Contractor shall ~sure that all dimubed
areas are sodden and establishment of vegetation occurs prior to removal of any silt fencing or hay bales
used for temporary erosion control. The Owner and/or Contractor shall also insure that any disturbed
