In addition to providing detention for Lot 8, the pond has been sized to provide detention for Lots 5, 6 & 7. The detention pond is to be constructed along the existing alley on t he northwest portion of the site . The dimensions, elevations and outlet wo rks are shown on t he plat "As-Built" Site Plan (Lots 9 & 10) & Proposed Parking Area (Lot 8) Wings & More. The design analysis is for Lots 5, 6, 7 & 8 and results follow : Area Lots 5, 6, 7, 8 -1.10 acres Area between right-of-way and back curb along Deacon = 0 .06 acres Total site area = 1.16 acres clot 8 = 0. 77 clots 5,6,7 = 0. 73 cweighted = 0. 75 Storm Event Qpre Qpost Qleaving s it e Qnet increase Elev. There is a slight increase in the 5 & 10 year events. The increase, for the 10 year i s not large enough to push the Total Q leaving the site for the Wings & More project as a whole above the pre-developed Q . The increase for the 5 year event will cause an overall net increase of .2 cfs. These calculations will be documented in an addendum to the drainage report. I n summary, a detention pond has been designed to meet the requirements for the new parking area on Lot 8. In addition, the pond will also meet the detention requirements for Lots 5, 6 & 7 using a "C" factor of 0. 73. An addendum to the Wings & More Drainage Report for Lots 9 & 10, Block 16, Southwood Valley, Section Ill, dated April 24, 1995, will be submitted at a later date.
