Dear Veronica,

The administrators of the St . Francis Episcopal Church
have gathered sufficient funding to pay for the construction
of another phase in the ultimate development of their church
complex and propose to have constructed additional parking
faci l ities for their congregation from the existing 50 to 72
spaces.
With the construction of the parking spaces approximately
10513 s.f . (0 .24 acres) of surface area will be made impervious
which results in a storm drainage runoff increase of 1.7 cubic
feet per second for the 100 year storm.
Due to this small increase in runoff and the negligible
impact to the drainage system down to the primary channel
detention is not required nor planned for this phase of
development.
If you have any questions please call.
