Dear Paul,
This letter-is to confirm the cost estimate for installing the tr-ees
specified on the "streetscape" plan for your Eastmark Subdivision,
phase II plat. Cost for materials, labor to install, and sales tax
will be $4,500.00. Please note that this cost r-eflects installation only
and no ongoing maintenance, including watering. It is very vital that a
usable water-sour-ce and a plan for-irrigation of the new trees be in place
prior-to the trees being installed.

D. Final Drainage Report and Drawin g s
1. The purpose of the Final Drainag e Report is to identi fy and
define conceptual solutions t o the problems which ma y occur
on site and off site as a result of the development. All
reports shall be typed on 8-1/2" x 11" paper and bound
together. The report shall include a cover letter
presenting the proposed design for review and shall be
prepared by a Registered Professional Engineer licensed in
Texas. The report shall contain a certification sheet as
follows:
"I hereby certif y that t his report (plan) for the
