After reviewing the Storm Water Management Plan for the City of College Station 's Drainage Policy and Design
Standards (Revision 10-1 -90) in regards to GTE MOBILNET's request to construct an unmanned prefabricated
equipment shelter and related cellular tower at the proposed site, it is our office 's opinion that the project will not
increase storm water flows generated or will not adversely impact MOBILNET's or adjoining sites' drainage and
therefore we feel that this project does not fall under the guidelines of the referenced standards based on the
following:
