The subject tract is not located within a FEMA regulated Special Flood Hazard Area per FEMA FIRM panel 31 OF. Drainage will be reviewed in accordance with the City of College Station Drainage Policy and Design Standards . The Thoroughfare Plan identifies Harvey Mitchell Parkway South as a six-lane Major Arterial and is currently constructed as four-lanes with a center turn lane.
