All disturbed areas will be re-vegetated prior to Letter of Completion or Certificate of Occupancy. 8. All trees required to be protected as part of the landscape plan must be completely barricaded in accordance with the Landscaping and Tree Protection Section of the City's Unified Development Ordinance, prior to any operations of this permit. The cleaning of equipment or materials within the drip line of any tree or group of trees that are protected and required to remain is strictly prohibited . The disposal of any waste material such as, but not limited to , paint, oil, solvents , asphalt, concrete , mortar, or other harmful liquids or materials within the drip line of any tree required to remain is also prohibited . 9 . Please add a note stating that the reconstruction of the existing driveway to be same as previous condition or better. A note was added on both pages. 2. Coordinate with property owners when they're expecting water outage. A note was added on the lots to be affected. 3 . Please provide grading, erosion control plan , and construction details. Sheet 1 of 2 was added to show the erosion and sediment control and a note stating the proposed grades will be at the same elevation as existing grade.
