He advised me that he would meet with Jeff Robertson and make any changes with the Final Plat rega rding the trees and the replat has been submitted. I have no furthe r comments at this time. While we have recently taken a more proactive approach in getting all comments, I'm guessing our new staff assumed there weren't any since none provided by the deadline, and the Preliminary Plan was placed on the agenda . I am hoping that if you did have comments, they were addressed independently, by the applicant to you satisfaction .
