The site plan proposed improvements to a public park and a bond was provided in the form of a check in the amount of $82,452.55 to financially guarantee the improvements . I did a site inspection today and verified with Rusty Warnke in Parks that the improvements have been completed and the bond amount can be refunded to the applicant.
