(ALL CITY ORDINANCES MUST BE MET)
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Refer to UDO Section 5.6. Design Districts, B. Northgate Districts (NG)

1. Fo r the Building IV North Elevation on Sheet A4 .18 , the percentage of brick is below the
minimum 25% required for the first 28 feet of the building . Also , it appears the percentage of
fiber cement panels exceeds the maximum 75% allowable when considering the entire
elevation . Please revise .
Response: As discussed over the phone, the calculations for the North elevation of
Building IV have been included with the East elevation of Building IV due to the
location and geometry of that particular part of the building.
2 . Ident ify the two different types of architectural features utilized for each 40-foot section along
the Building IV East Elevation and Building V East Elevation . As specified by Unified
Development Ordinance Section 12-5 .8.B.4 .c Architectural Relief, the list of features that
qualify are : canopies , permanent decorative awnings , hood/drip molding over windows ,
corn ices , corbelling , quoining , stringcourses , pilasters , columns , pillars , arcades , bay/orie l
w indows , balconies that extend from the building , recessed entries , st oops , and porches .
Rev ise and/or identify as needed , noting that only those elements in the first 28 feet above
ground leve l may be counted.
Response: Previously the East elevation of Building IV had stringcourses along it's
entirety. We have added pilasters and an arch corbel at 6 locations where the brick
rises to the second story along the units on the face of the garage. This is meant to
mimic the white brick arches at the retail in phase 1 and clubhouse entry in phase 2.
3. Please note that some of the partial elevations fo r the Building IV East Elevat ion do no t
meet the minimum 25% brick indiv idually but when combined together they meet the
requ ireme nt.

first 28 feet. Please verify the calculations and revise as necessary.
Response: The calculations have been corrected for the South elevation.
