I just realized that this plat was a Minor Plat, so it does not have to go to a P&Z meeting. Approvals for Minor Plats are done at the staff level. Now that I have all the documents, you may submit the mylar when you are ready to file it. If you submit the mylar prior to the demolition of the duplexes it will be held here in Planning and Development Services until demolition is complete.
