The following is the preliminary list of items needed to complete the submittal. Please submit the following information so this application can be forwarded for review : Dimensioned drawing showing location of proposed structure from property line , locations of both adjacent structures, location of proposed parking, location of curb line . Please be aware that if this application is not completed before Thursday , June 12 , 2014 , it will expire and a new application and fees will be necessary to continue the Administrative Adjustment process .
