I reviewed the above-mentioned Administrative Adjustment application and determined it to be
incomplete. The following is the preliminary list of items needed to complete the submittal.
Please submit the following information so this application can be forwarded for review :
Dimensioned drawing showing location of proposed structure from property line ,
locations of both adjacent structures, location of proposed parking, location of
curb line .
Please be aware that if this application is not completed before Thursday , June 12 , 2014 , it will
expire and a new application and fees will be necessary to continue the Administrative
Adjustment process .
