In accordance with Chapter 13 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of College Station, measures shall be taken to insure that debris from construction, erosion , and sedimentation shall not be deposited in city streets , or existing drainage facilities. The drainage design for the subject tract is to be in accordance with prior subdivision drainage development criteria. Specifically, this and adjacent tracts are to develop without detention. This was verified June 12, 2000 by City Official, Jeff Tondre. Additionally verified was the ability of the downstream bridge crossing Lakeway Drive to handle full development runoff from the Business Center (refer to June 12, 2000 fax memo for documentation). No further hydrologic or hydraulic analysis is to be performed .
