The text portion of the report remains, accurate, however, we have revised the lot and street layout which affected some of the drainage areas . We are submitting two copies of the following revisions to the report for your consideration: Exhibit "B-2" Exhibit "C-1 " Exhibit "D-1 " Drainage Area Map -Proposed Conditions Rational Formula Drainage Area Calculations Proposed Detention Pond Routing Please note that the pond water surface elevation and the discharge Q at study point # 1 changed slightly . Both numbers are insignificant and the Post-development flows are equal to or less than the Pre-development flows for all the storm events.
