Box 9960 College Station, Texas 77842 RE: Steeplechase Phase 5 Drainage Analysis Dear Mr. Mayo: Detention requirements and storm sewer design for Steeplechase Phase 5 were analyzed during the development of Phases 1, 2 , and 3 . The report titled Drainage Report for Steeplechase Subdivision dated November 1998 and revised February 1999 developed the preliminary storm sewer design parameters for Steeplechase Phase 5. A1 ~ ~etailed design of Phase 5 matches the original design assumptions for the drainage report with the exception of changing the si ze of a storm sewer between inlets I and 2. The original study assumed a 24" RCP would be required, but an 18" RCP is appropriate. I have enclosed the revised Exhibit "C-3 " that reflects this change.
