The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. The next submittal will be the third and final review by staff for this round of reviews. If all items have not been addressed on the next submittal, another $100 processing fee will need to be submitted for the subsequent set of three (3) reviews. Please address the comments and submit the following information for further staff review: __ Two (2) copies of the revised construction documents. If there are comments that you are not addressing with the revised site plan, please attach a letter explaining the details.
