Drainage Letter
Dear Jeff,
Mr. Costa Dallis, 104 Church Street, College Station, TX 77842 , 979 .846 .0928 is
proposing to make improvements to the former La Taqueria Restaurant building at 102 Church
Street and open the "La Bodega" Restaurant. The improvements , which will affect drainage ,
consist of concrete pads for a 70 square foot walk-in cooler and a 224 square foot patio. This
increased runoff would be Q10=CIA=0.9X 8.63 in./hr.X 0.01 acres = 0.05 cubic feet per second.
The adjacent drainage system at Church Street and Wellborn Road should have sufficient
capacity to accept this small increase in runoff.
